✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange

A return or exchange request will be accepted if:

  • The wrong product (size, design, or article) is delivered

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable & non-refundable


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • Customers are responsible for courier charges for exchanges

  • If the desired item is unavailable, store credit may be offered


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged or wrongly delivered items

  • Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa

  • Processing time: 7–10 working days after product inspection

  • Courier charges are non-refundable
